JBW Federal delivers comprehensive support in execution of Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) operations under a non-personal services contract structure. Our team brings the experience, organizational discipline, and technical proficiency required to assist in the collection of Right of Entry (ROE) documentation—an essential function for enabling timely and lawful access to private properties affected by disaster events across designated areas

We understand that this mission is critical to post-disaster recovery efforts and requires an efficient, community-engaged approach to gain property owner trust and expedite documentation. JBW Federal personnel operate with full autonomy under the prime contractor model, maintaining accountability exclusively to our management team while remaining aligned with the overarching objectives of the Government.

Our capabilities include the deployment of trained field teams, real-time data management tools, and proven logistical frameworks to ensure the secure, accurate, and timely collection of ROEs. We tailor each engagement to meet local requirements and community conditions while delivering a transparent technical approach. Our proposals are developed with detailed cost assumptions and clear work element breakouts, enabling seamless integration with Government expectations and operational oversight
